We redesigned the brand of the Cine Colombia sushi bars, the sushi offer sold inside the chain’s cinemas.
The chain wanted to give its sushi a modern, appealing image. Also, the brand had to work at the point of sale inside the cinema. There, people decide what to buy in a few seconds.
First, we updated the logo. Then we designed the brand’s new pieces: menus, packaging and advertising. Everything sits within one visual system, so the brand looks consistent at every touchpoint, from the counter to the takeaway box.
That consistency matters because, in a cinema, food competes with the film for the audience’s attention. For this reason, a clear system of colour, typography and logo helps people recognise the offer at a glance. As a result, the menu reads quickly and the packaging keeps the brand visible even inside the auditorium.
A refreshed brand for the Cine Colombia sushi offer, with a modern, consistent look across menus, packaging and communication. In addition, for the same offer we produced the “Sushi de Película” commercial, screened in the cinemas. As a result, the brand and the commercial speak the same visual language. Together, they give the sushi offer one clear identity, both at the counter and on the big screen.
