For Steer Group we produced a Peru Ministry explainer video: an animated piece on a methodology guide created for Peru’s Ministry of Economy and Finance.
The guide was full of technical, complex information. For this reason, the video had to make it easy to understand, so its audience could remember and apply it.
First, we translated the guide into audiovisual language through dynamic animation. Then we linked the scenes with smooth transitions that lead the eye from one concept to the next. This gives the content an easy pace to follow.
In addition, we added voice-over narration for every scene and a carefully chosen soundtrack. As a result, image, voice and music work together so the technical information is easy to follow.
An animated explainer is a very useful format for public bodies and organisations that need to explain a process. For example, it can show in a few minutes what takes many pages in a document. It is also easy to share and to watch again.
A clear, engaging audiovisual tool that simplifies the information and makes the key concepts accessible. As a result, the video strengthens how a guide created for the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Peru is communicated. The project also reflects our work with clients outside Colombia.
