We designed the Arc Windward book, a printed piece that presents the Arc penthouse, the beachfront residential project Windward is developing in Long Bay, Turks and Caicos.
Convey the experience of a luxury project on paper. The book also had to bring together architecture, floor plans and construction progress in a piece as exclusive as the penthouse.
First, we defined an elegant editorial line, with serif typography, plenty of white space and full-page photos. Then we laid out the sections of the book: the resort spaces, such as The Boathouses, The Lagoon and The Ocean Estate, the penthouse specifications and floor plans, and the construction progress.
We also treated the book as an object. It was printed with an embossed blue leather cover, and the project name, Arc by Piero Lissoni, appears in gold. As a result, it feels exclusive from the very first touch. That is why it works as a sales tool that clients can place on the table and browse at their own pace.
A book that presents the Arc penthouse with the same level of detail as the project itself. In this way, Windward has a physical piece that supports the sale and reinforces the value of its development.
